The default shipping method is Fed-Ex ground. Customer must provide a PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS as Fed-Ex can not deliver to a PO BOX. Orders are typically processed and filled within 2 Business Days. All orders ship from West Palm Beach Florida and should arrive within 7-10 business days. 

WARRANTY 

Chilling The Most Inc. is a retailer of Thermos products. Thermos warrants its products to be free from any defects in material or workmanship for five years from date of purchase. Thermos will, at its option, repair or replace any product component part that fails to conform to this warranty within 30 days after its receipt by our factory service department. IN NO EVENT WILL THERMOS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion of incidental, consequential or special damages, so the preceding exclusion may not apply to you. This is a factory guarantee.
