What is THERMAX? Thermos' patented insulating process that leverages a "Double Wall Vacuum" (similar to double-pane glass) to isolate the interior layer from the exterior, producing maximum temperature retention inside and no sweating or condensation on the outside.

How long will beverages stay cold? Thermax insulation will promote 0%-2% temperature loss within 90 minutes and between 8%-10% temperature loss within 3 hours.

Can these items be used for Hot and Cold? ABSOLUTELY! In fact, the CTM400 Tumbler will do 8 hours HOT / 8 Hours COLD. the tumbler is AWESOME for mixed drinks & frozen drinks. You can also use the Can insulators to insulate warm baby bottles.

What are the shipping policies? All products are shipped throughout North America via UPS. Options such as 2nd Day, Overnight, etc. are available.

What are your return policies? Purchases through the web site and at events will be honored within 30 days of sale. Web orders are subject to a 25% Re-Stocking Fee.
